Clinical Functional Training excels at teaching our whole body to move with greater efficiency in all environments by integrating progressive movement patterns that combine strength, coordination, stability, flexibility, endurance and reflexes.
Clinical Functional Training identifies faulty movement patterns and muscle imbalances that you may not be aware of but contribute to poor body mechanics, functional ability and can lead to injuries.
It works to correct these deficits and improves the way you move and your performance whether it is in everyday life, sports or leisure activities.
Clinical Functional Training integrates the three planes of motion:
- Forward and back
- Side to side
It is multi plane, three dimensional training that prepares you for real everyday movement that is efficient and safe.
Clinical Functional Training involves one-on-one sessionss with you. They provide a challenging and powerful workout that is tailored for your body's needs.
The Initial CFT session involves a Biomechanical Assessment to establish a starting point or baseline on which we design your program.
Clinical Functional Training uses slow, eccentric movements
to improve balance, strength, agility and endurance. The sessions will be challenging and fun.
CFT uses a combination of new state-of-the-art equipment we now have in our gymnasium.
