Prudence graduated from Sydney University with a bachelor degree in Exercise Physiology and has also graduated from Deakin University with a Masters of Nutrition. This dual qualification enables Prudence to provide both safe and effective exercise prescription and nutritional guidance.
Prudence has danced from a young age and worked as a professional dancer overseas prior to her university studies. She continues to dance and also does aerial silks and lyra. It was her involvement in dance that developed her passion for human movement and Exercise Physiology.
Prudence has been an accredited Pilates instructor since 2014 and incorporates this training into regular sessions and exercise prescription. She has completed specific training to conduct dance and pre-pointe assessments and has experience in prescribing dance specific conditioning programs. Prudence is also an accredited PD Warrior instructor, running individual and group circuit sessions designed specifically for people with Parkinson’s disease.
Prudence is a member of ESSA (Exercise and Sports Science Australia) and NSA (Nutrition Society of Australia).
