Referrals

Doctor’s referrals are not essential for private treatment. However, in order to claim through Worker’s Compensation, Third Party, DVA or Medicare Chronic Disease Management Program, a doctor’s referral is necessary.

Practice Hours (by appointment)

Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 6:30pm
Saturday: 8:00am – 11:00am

Appointments

Please phone 9527 4099 for an appointment, or make an online appointment request and we will contact you in-office hours. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and preferred physiotherapist. An initial appointment will involve a brief health questionnaire and a thorough musculoskeletal examination. A diagnosis will be made that will be thoroughly explained and discussed with you, including likely duration and frequency of treatment. Longer consultation times are available if you have two areas requiring treatment, so please ask our receptionists if you require some extra time.

Fees

Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, cheque Mastercard or Visa. HICAPS and EFTPOS facilities are available at the front desk for automatic claiming through your private health fund.

This practice is able to directly bill for Worker’s Compensation and Third Party Compensation claims and for Department of Veteran’s Affairs clients once the required information is provided to our reception staff.

Please notify reception if you are unable to attend your next scheduled appointment as soon as you are able. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of $50.00 may be charged.
